On December 11, 2024, the developers unveiled their vision to transform the area into a dynamic, vibrant community, featuring essential services, retail spaces, hotels, and a 150,000 sq. ft. economic hub. The project will include nearly 5,000 residential units, with a mix of spacious rental units as well as off-market housing.
